One person, one routine, no rotating staff.
PAWLY is not an agency. When you book, you book me, and I am the person your dog sees at the door every single time.
Why PAWLY exists
Luxembourg is full of people who work the hours that make this city what it is, and who came home one evening to a dog that had waited nine hours alone. The usual answer is a kennel, a group walk with eight other dogs, or a neighbour who is doing you a favour and cannot promise next week.
PAWLY was built as the other answer. A single handler who learns your dog's routine and keeps it, who works inside your home rather than moving your dog out of it, and who writes down what happened so you are never guessing.
It is deliberately a small service. I would rather look after a limited number of dogs properly than run a schedule I cannot hold to the minute.
What you can hold me to
Punctuality. Agreed times, not approximate windows. If traffic or weather delays me, you hear it from me first.
Honesty about limits. If I cannot cover your area reliably, or if your dog needs something I am not the right person for, I will tell you rather than take the booking and improvise.
Your home left as I found it. Paws dried, floors clean, doors and windows checked, lights as you want them.
Discretion. Whether you work in a bank, a fund or one of the institutions, what I see in your home stays there. Nothing about your home, your routine or your absences is ever shared or posted.
Languages
I work with you in English, French and Italian, and with your dog in whichever language they already respond to. Bring your commands to the meet & greet and I will use yours, not mine, so nothing changes for your dog.
Every kind of day

Thirty minutes at your home, no obligation, no payment details. You meet me, I meet your dog, and you decide afterwards.
