Cancellations, deposits and invoices
Single services
Free of charge more than 24 hours ahead. 50% of the fee between 12 and 24 hours. 100% under 12 hours.
Overnight and holiday bookings
Free of charge more than 14 days ahead. 50% between 3 and 14 days. 100% under 3 days. A 30% deposit confirms the dates.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include all taxes. Travel inside the service area is included.
Payment
Bank transfer. Single services invoiced weekly, monthly packages at the start of the month, overnight bookings settled on the final day.
Unused package walks
Up to two unused walks per month carry over to the following month. Beyond that they expire.
